Tomb of the Civil War Unknowns
Monument dedicated in September 1866. The stone sits atop a masonry vault which inside holds the remains of 2,111 soldiers who were removed from the battlefields at Bull Run in Manassas, Virginia and from the way along the nearby Rappahannock River.
